Are you a young adult dealing with cancer or long term illness, as either a patient or a caregiver? Do you have a couple of things on a wishlist that you’d love receiving as gifts? Would these items help out your day to day life, make things more comfortable or easier for you? You can start a wishlist registry here on Lacuna Loft! (Note: if the things that you want are all on our shop, click here)
As a patient or caregiver, your story is important and but it is hard to always need to repeat all of the details to everyone who asks. By detailing it all here, you are doing one more thing to help make your life just a little easier. All of your needs and wishes can be kept here and easily shared with everyone you love and who loves you…without the need to repeat yourself over and over. 🙂
Here’s how it works!
Email info(at)lacunaloft(dot)com with a list of items that you would like, along with a picture and bio of yourself (or whatever information you would like to share). The items can be things already found in our shop, or you can look around the web and pick out whatever you want (or a mixture of both)! If you have a fundraiser with www.giveforward.com, tell us and we can add that link to the rest of your wishlist. You can even add items like, “send me a card once a week” or “come over and do my dishes.” Then, we will create a page just for you that has your picture, bio, and your wishlist registry with all of the items that you chose for your wishlist. We will email you back with the url for your page and you’re in business! Just share your page with your social network. And voila! You can now communicate all of your needs with your friends and family! Your loved ones no longer need to guess about what you might need or appreciate because all of your wishlist items will be added to your very own wishlist registry.
What is also great, is that the wishlist will work just like a registry! Once something is purchased, it will no longer show up on your wishlist!
Here is an example of what my wishlist registry might look like!
The items in the shop will appear just as any normal item would…you can click on the item to read a description, and add that item to your cart. Easy peasy 🙂
